Thickness of Zink coating: 0.015 mm each side of GI Sheet e. Weight of Zink coating:0.025 gm/cm2 f. Weight: Sheet unit weight according to size and coating. g. The surface of the sheet/roll is smooth,clean and free from all spots and have crystallized mild steel- checkered special galvanized layer 2. Chemical composition & Mechanical Properties: Carbon= 0.07 ~ 0.18%, UTS: 32~52 Kg/mm2, Elongation:  18% Bending Test with standard:  6 times bending at 90 degree angle. Peeling Test: No peeling at repeated 180 degree bending.
